THE BEST CHIROPRACTIC CARE FOR NEWBURY, THATCHAM AND WEST BERKSHIRE

Total Chiropractic is based at Total Health West Berkshire a boutique alternative health clinic on the Newbury/ Thatcham border in a grade 2 listed barn.

We are easily found just off the A4 on Turnpike Road which is the road behind West Berkshire Community Hospital. We have lots of free on site parking.

Our lead chiropractor Rosie has run a Chiropractic practice in Newbury since 2013. Its current home within Total Health West Berkshire has been providing the best chiropractic care to people of Newbury, Thatcham and West Berkshire since 2017.

Problems that chiropractic care can help with are muscle, joint and nerve problems such as back, neck and shoulder pain as well as minor sporting injuries. Rosie has also successfully treated women who suffer from pelvic pain in pregnancy such as PGP and SPD. Chiropractic care can also help problems such as migraines and headaches and nerve problems such as sciatica.

Total Chiropractic also offers 'GaitScan technology' to prescribe cutting edge custom made orthotic insoles to help with foot, ankle and knee pain.

Total Chiropractic’s mission is to not only treat people with joint, muscle and nerve pain but to try and find the root causes of it to try and prevent the pain from coming back. Our goal is to get patients out of pain and back to the hobbies, sports and lifestyle they love.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

OUT OF PAIN BEFORE THE ISSUE SPREADS

Chiropractic treatment improves loss of function or movement in the joints of the spine, which can lead to pain, difficulty in moving and muscle spasms. Problems in one area can lead to muscles and joints in other parts of the body having to work harder in order to carry out every-day movements.

EXPERTISE, TRAINING, REHAB AND POSTURE

Our chiropractors are trained to examine, diagnose and treat problems and injuries to the spine and other joints of the body. To accomplish this we use adjustments and soft tissue therapy and give advice on rehabilitation exercises and posture, to get you back to doing the things you love.
